The basic category of compressors are two main types. Firstly, Positive Displacement compressors, such as Piston compressor and Diaphragm compressor for Reciprocating compressor; Single screw compressors, Roots compressors, Rotary vane compressors, Double screw compressors and Scroll compressors for Rotary compressors. Secondly, Dynamic compressors, such as Centrifugal compressors and Axial compressors. Furthermore, we can category Positive Displacement compressors into oil and non-oil two different types. The FIRST invented and widely used compressor is Reciprocating compressor. It covers wide range of pressure, from bar to hundreds of bar; 1/4 HP to 1500HP. Besides, it also suits for various types of air, such as air, oxygen, refrigerant…and etc. The advantages of Rotary compressors are easy to operate, long life time, low noise and low vibration. It suits for full time operation. As to Centrifugal compressors, they are usually equipped with gearbox to increase the speed. The features are high energy consumption ratio (around 3.5~4.5CFM/Hp), stable exhausting and big air volume(30 to thousands M3/min). Centrifugal compressors are perfect for big machines (500HP and up).

Application:

  • Air is free, however, it costs a fortune when compressing air! Comparing with electricity, compressing air is the second big power source. With the great advantages of low pollutions, safe and easy to control. Compressors are widely used in industry, mining, agriculture and processing industry. Compressor motors are widely used in spray guns (below 1HP), CNC pressing machines, large industrial machines, automotive brakes and automotive suspensions. Whenever there needs air pressure to drive the power system, there is a compressor.

  • Tayguei is a professional manufacturer of stator rotor lamination nearly 40 years. TG9047 and TG9048 are for compressors. In order to reach high RPM, it is 2 and 4 poles. One is round and the other is rectangle shape. They are standard sizes to fit in IEC (the International Electrotechnical Commission) regulations. Within IEC, there are standard frame numbers to let motor designers to refer to the related size of stator rotor. If your motor meet with IEC regulation, you can easily find the suitable stator rotor lamination from us.

Tolerance:

  • We can control the tolerance to make stator smooth and accurate. Please understand the tolerance differs from different material of silicon steel lamination and design of mold. Usually, it is within 0.03mm-0.05mm. Our material is directly from China Steel. As one of the leading silicon steel lamination manufacturer in the world, the quality of laminations is guaranteed, China Steel is also the supplier for Telsa Automotive in Taiwan. Certainly, there are different grades of laminations for choosing by various design.

IE3/IE4 Efficiency:

  • We are proud to claim that motors using our stator rotor passed the IE3/IE4 testing in UL laboratory. Our material is directly supplied from the top supplier, China Steel. With correct design and our rich experience on mold developing, we can guarantee the quality. We also have a subsidiary company for motor in Taiwan. We have the ability to develop new motor, and do the OEM/ODM business. As to the details, please contact us for further discussion. It would save time, if you could provide us with the drawing of stator rotor in advance. If you also need die aluminum casting, please also provide the drawing of your aluminum injection way.
  • Compressor motors by using our stator rotor can reach horse power from 0.25HP to 10HP. Certainly, the bigger the outer diameter of stator, the bigger horse power you can get. Compressor motors emphasize in instant start. As to the RPM, it’s not matter much. But if you want to increase the piston displacement emission, you must increase the RPM. The higher RPM, the bigger displacement emission. Most important of all, you must make sure the instant start is good and there is enough torque to lift up the sealing/piston. It's suitable for the standard IEC frame no. 90L.The slots of stator are 24T and the slots of rotor are 34T. By using this stator rotor, you can reach low noise, long lifespan and low maintenance. The stator outer diameter is 160 mm and the stator inner diameter is 80 mm. Most customers use it in 2 poles design with single phase or three phases induction motors, ranging from 2HP ~ 3HP. It's suitable for the standard IEC frame no. 100L.The slots of stator are 24T and the slots of rotor are 16T or 34T (2 types). You can see the slot shape of rotor is very short to provide bigger torque. This stator rotor is perfect for power wood tools, especially for saw tables. By using this stator rotor, you can reach low noise, long lifespan and low maintenance. Approved by IE2, IE3, and IE4 authentication.

    CD11055 is round type with cutting edges, mostly applied for industrial AC motors and water pump motors. The stator outer diameter is 110 mm and the inner diameter is 55 mm. It's suitable for IEC frame no. 63The slots of stator are 24T and the slots of rotor are 32T. There are 4 building bolt notches on the stator. The slots of stator are 24T and the slots of rotor are 18T. There are openings on the rotors to provide better permeability.Some of middle-east customers also use this stator rotor to make high RPM fan motors.
