The stator and rotor can also fit in submersible pumps and all the others. There are nearly 70 types of pumps for different applications and for various working sites. It is said the most rapidly usage among all motors.

Tolerance:

  • We can control the tolerance to make stator smooth and accurate. Please understand the tolerance differs from different material of silicon steel lamination and design of mold. Usually, it is within 0.03mm-0.05mm.

IE3/IE4 Efficiency:

  • The higher the stacking height, the greater power you can get. Pump motors by using our stator rotor can reach horse power from 0.25HP to 20HP. Certainly, the bigger the outer diameter of stator, the bigger horse power you can get. Furthermore, it also related to the way of winding on the rotor. Die-casting is also important for the efficiency for better electrical conductivity ratio. Different designs for aluminum die casting rings in height, leaves and columns according to each customer's design. The dimension of central hole is also important to consider. It related to the outer diameter of the shaft of motor. If you want to reach high RPM, you must notice the number of poles. Normally, the larger of pole numbers, the smaller RPM. Generally, it is 2 Poles for pump motor, especially for submersible pumps. Otherwise, it can not be able to pump water up without enough RPM. Finally, there are options for screw holes for different mounting way in motors. Please let us know if you need those screw holes or not.

The slot of rotor is short (Type A) to provide better torque. Most customers use it in 4 poles single phase or three phases induction motors, ranging from 0.5HP ~ 2HP. The slots of stator are 24T and the slots of rotor are 34T. Rotors can do V-shape to rotate clockwise or counter-clockwise.By using this stator rotor, you can reach low noise, long lifespan and low maintenance.

The slots of stator are 24T and the slots of rotor are 29T.The rotor OD is smaller than the stator ID after stamping – No-Gap design. So that you can save one machinery. It's suitable for the standard IEC frame no. 90L.The slots of stator are 24T and there are two types of rotors, one is with 18T for three-phase motor and the other is with 33T for single-phase motor. By the way, the rotor with 33T is with opening design to provide bigger torque. Applied with this stator rotor, you can reach low noise, long lifespan and low maintenance. Comparing with TG9050, the slots of stator is less but bigger to insert more copper wires.Usually, this model is with long stacking height. Therefore, we provide big shaft hole φ31.45 for customers with 28 slots rotors. If you would like to use it on the water pump motors, you may choose rotors with 24 slots which shaft hole is φ15.85.
