The stator outer diameter is 140 mm and the stator inner diameter is 85 mm. Most customers use it in 4 poles single phase or 3 phases industrial fan motors and industrial motors, ranging from 1HP ~ 3HP. The slots of stator are 36T and the slots of rotor are 44T. No matter Single or Three-phase motors, you can use this model to design. If you designed as Three-phase motors, you can save cost by reducing the stacking height comparing with single-phase motors. This stator rotor is also widely applied for single-phase power tools, such as wood tools or grinders. The design of rotor is for long-term operation, S1 motors. If you would like to shorten the stacking height, you could choose material 50CS600, which can be passed UL IE2 and passed UL IE3 with material 50CS470. By using this stator rotor, you can reach low noise, long lifespan and low maintenance.

Most customers use it in 4 poles single phase/3 phases blower motors and industrial motors, ranging from 1HP ~ 3HP. There are 2 types of rotors for options. The slots of stator are 36T and the slots of rotor are 28T / 44T (2 types). If you need bigger torque and long-time operation for your motors, choose the rotor with 44T. If your application is fans or pumps, we suggest you to use the rotor with 28T. By using this stator rotor, you can reach low noise, long lifespan and low maintenance.

    CD60315 is mostly applied for Single phase fan motors. The stator outer diameter is 60 mm and the stator inner diameter is 31.5 mm. Most customers use it in 4 poles single phase fan motors, ranging from 0.25HP~ 1HP. This model is widely exported to South Asia and India annually. The slots of stator are 8T and the slots of rotor are 11T. There are 3 options for the shaft hole – 4/5/6mm. Comparing with CD6035E, not only the size is different but also the slot shape of stator and rotor are different. The rotor slot of CD60315 is round shape with an opening.     CD60305E is our new innovation on copper winding saving, up to 35%. CD6035E is mostly applied for Single phase “110V” fan motors. CD6035E can dramatically decrease the cost of copper wires, transportation fee and narrow down the size/weight of motors. The stator outer diameter is 60 mm and the stator inner diameter is 35 mm. Shaft hole is 6mm. Most customers use it in 4 poles single phase fan motors, ranging from 0.25HP~ 1HP. The slots of stator are 8T and the slots of rotor are 15T. Comparing with CD60315, the rotor shape is so different. Since there are 15 slots of the rotor, it provides bigger torque. Besides, there is opening on each slot, this design makes the torque bigger, too. By using this stator rotor, you can reach low noise, long lifespan and low maintenance.
