The RPM is not like other induction motors are fixed RPM. With increasing the load, the RPM will decrease to 300 ~ 3,000RPM, on the other hand, the RPM can increase to 15,000RPM. Normally, it has to equip with frequency converter to adjust the speed. (The larger frequency, the faster RPM).

Application:

• Series motors can produce high starting torque while low speed and low starting torque while high speed. Mostly applied for power blenders, forklifts, elevators, trucks, and hoists. As to those one which are under 1HP, they are widely applied in fans, vacuum cleaners, sewing machines, blenders, hair dryers and portable drilling machines.

Features:

• TayGuei has many types of stators and rotors that can be used in series motors. Series motors are DC motors. There are two windings which are in series with the same current flowing through each simultaneously. Usage of series motors is generally limited to heavy power demand in order to bring the machines up to speed. High starting torque and moving the large shaft are the features of series motors.

Tolerance:

• We can control the tolerance to make stator smooth and accurate. Please understand the tolerance differs from different material of silicon steel lamination and design of mold. Usually, it is within 0.03mm-0.05mm. Our material is directly from China Steel.
