Application:

• The basic category of sawmills are eight main types as below, such as Ditch cutting machines, circular saws, wood planers, band saw machines, cutting machines, drilling machines, dust collector and all other DIY power machinery. Usually, 0.25HP ~ 5HP are for single phase motors, and 0.25 ~ 20HP for three phases motors. The poles are 2 ~ 6 poles. Starting complicatedly and fluctuation load are the two major features of woodworking motors. Rotors are with special design to meet the demand of cutting status. For high speed cutting, there is always high RPM. Therefore, finding the solution of low vibration is the key point. With the low vibration, it can make the cutting surface smooth and lever up the accuracy. By the way, with the different purpose, some are looking for high RPM like cutting woods (2 poles design), some are looking for high torque like cutting tiles (6 poles design). Different poles involved in different design of stators rotors. TG11456, TG14075, and TG14080 are for 2 poles design. TG16088 is for 6 poles design.
