The basic category of pumps are three main types. Firstly, Turbo pump, such as Centrifugal pumps, Mixed-flow pumps and Axial-flow pumps. Secondly, Piston pumps and plunger pumps for Reciprocating pumps; Gear pump and Screw pumps for Rotary pumps. Last, Special types pumps, such as Hydraulic Ram pumps, Vortex pumps and Jet pumps. The stator and rotor can also fit in submersible pumps and all the others. There are nearly 70 types of pumps for different applications and for various working sites. It is said the most rapidly usage among all motors.

  • Tayguei is a professional manufacturer of stator rotor lamination nearly 40 years. There are wide range of dimensions, ranging from 90mm x 47m to 220mm x 120mm for different designs. They are standard sizes to fit in IEC (the International Electrotechnical Commission) regulations. Within IEC, there are standard frame numbers to let motor designers to refer to the related size of stator rotor. If your motor meet with IEC regulation, you can easily find the suitable stator rotor lamination from us.
Tolerance:
  • We can control the tolerance to make stator smooth and accurate. Please understand the tolerance differs from different material of silicon steel lamination and design of mold. Usually, it is within 0.03mm-0.05mm.
IE3 / IE4 Efficiency:
  • We are proud to claim that motors using our stator rotor passed the IE3/IE4 testing in UL laboratory. Our material is directly supplied from the top supplier, China Steel. With correct design and our rich experience on mold developing, we can guarantee the quality.
  • The higher the stacking height, the greater power you can get. Pump motors by using our stator rotor can reach horse power from 0.25HP to 20HP. Certainly, the bigger the outer diameter of stator, the bigger horse power you can get. Furthermore, it also related to the way of winding on the rotor. Die-casting is also important for the efficiency for better electrical conductivity ratio. Different designs for aluminum die casting rings in height, leaves and columns according to each customer's design. The dimension of central hole is also important to consider. It related to the outer diameter of the shaft of motor. If you want to reach high RPM, you must notice the number of poles. Normally, the larger of pole numbers, the smaller RPM. Generally, it is 2 Poles for pump motor, especially for submersible pumps. Otherwise, it can not be able to pump water up without enough RPM. Finally, there are options for screw holes for different mounting way in motors. Please let us know if you need those screw holes or not.
