Fans are the most common home appliance in our lives, we can say fans are the must in our life. Not only at home, they are also widely used in industrial field to cool down the machines or to exhaust air. Most fans are powered with electrical motors. We can say the most common electrical motors in our lives is fan motors. The construction of fan motors includes stator, rotors, UEW copper winding (some are used with aluminum wires), shaft, gearbox (to adjust the speed), capacitor and aluminum/iron cover. In TayGuei, we don’t use aluminum wires, all are PURE Copper (UEW). Although it is a little bit cheaper, aluminum wires are broken easily and cause malfunction. Furthermore, the conductivity of copper is much greater than aluminum. There is still one tip about the fan motors, it’s fan blade/vane type. Different shapes of blades influence the electrical parameters. While design your own fan motors, remember to consider vanes. Nowadays, propeller type blades are quite popular.

Application:

  • Our major type of fan motors is for home appliance. They are designed for stand fans, box fans, wall fans, exhaust fans and axial flow fans. The specification TG7546 is the most popular one. We have been exporting this type over 20,000,000 sets. Mostly for south east Asia and south America. Thailand, Vietnam, India and Brazil are our main markets. We also develop other types of fan motors, such as heater fan motors, ventilator motors, industrial fan motors, Permanent DC motors, washing machine motors (capacity: 4.5~7.0kgs), cooler/refrigerator motors (10~28 inch), air conditioner motors (6,500~25,000 BTU) and blast fans/exhausters (sirocco fans, cross flow fans, axial flow fans).

Features:

  • Our strength is to make 12 inch to 20 inch fan motors. They can be applied for stand fans, box fans, wall fans, exhaust fans and industrial fans. With 100% copper wires, our fan motors are much more durable, and able to be operated at high speed. The benefits of pure copper wire fan motors are high RPM, good heat dissipation, good conductivity, and are perfect for sever operation environment. After special processing, those fan motors are corrosion resistance in storage. Our fan motors are AC motors. The price is competitive, construction is simple and easy to produce. AC fan motors are widely applied. The maintenance period is long and low cost. We are also proud to say that our fan motors are quiet with very low noise while operating. Each one is passed the examination of noise after production.

Those are designed for middle RPM, mostly 4 poles. The most popular home appliance type is TG7546 – the small type (from 12~18 inch fans). How to choose the suitable one? Measure the capacity/size of the plastic lid of your fan. This is where you to install the fan motor. Do not worry about the thickness (stacking height), they are adjustable.

Tolerance:

  • We can control the tolerance to make stator smooth and accurate. Please understand the tolerance differs from different material of silicon steel lamination and design of mold. Usually, it is within 0.03mm-0.05mm. Our material is directly from China Steel. As one of the leading silicon steel lamination manufacturer in the world, the quality of laminations is guaranteed, China Steel is also the supplier for Telsa Automotive in Taiwan. Certainly, there are different grades of laminations for choosing by various design. All fan motors are 100% automatic inspection facilities to ensure the products are reliable and durable.

  • We are proud to claim that motors using our stator rotor passed the IEC testing in UL laboratory. Our material is directly supplied from the top supplier, China Steel. With correct design and our rich experience on mold developing, we can guarantee the quality. We also have a subsidiary company for motor in Taiwan. Some customers will ask to add wind holes on the rotor to provide better heat-releasing. The slot of rotor is quite bigger than other models to provide enough space for copper winding. The rotor slots are with openings to provide better permeability.This model has been exporting millions set annually to south Asian and Japan. There is nearly no problems for this motor core. Most customers use it in 4 poles single phase or 3 phases industrial fan motors and industrial motors, ranging from 1HP ~ 3HP. The slots of stator are 36T and the slots of rotor are 44T.No matter Single or Three-phase motors, you can use this model to design. If you designed as Three-phase motors, you can save cost by reducing the stacking height comparing with single-phase motors. This stator rotor is also widely applied for single-phase power tools, such as wood tools or grinders.The design of rotor is for long-term operation, S1 motors. If you would like to shorten the stacking height, you could choose material 50CS600, which can be passed UL IE2 and passed UL IE3 with material 50CS470. By using this stator rotor, you can reach low noise, long lifespan and low maintenance.

Most customers use it in 4 poles single phase/3 phases blower motors and industrial motors, ranging from 1HP ~ 3HP.There are 2 types of rotors for options. The slots of stator are 36T and the slots of rotor are 28T / 44T (2 types). If you need bigger torque and long-time operation for your motors, choose the rotor with 44T. If your application is fans or pumps, we suggest you to use the rotor with 28T. By using this stator rotor, you can reach low noise, long lifespan and low maintenance.

This model is widely exported to South Asia and India annually.The slots of stator are 8T and the slots of rotor are 11T. There are 3 options for the shaft hole – 4/5/6mm. Comparing with CD6035E, not only the size is different but also the slot shape of stator and rotor are different. The rotor slot of CD60315 is round shape with an opening.This model is perfect for small home appliance motors. By using this stator rotor, you can reach low noise, long lifespan and low maintenance.

    CD60305E is our new innovation on copper winding saving, up to 35%. CD6035E is mostly applied for Single phase “110V” fan motors. CD6035E can dramatically decrease the cost of copper wires, transportation fee and narrow down the size/weight of motors.The stator outer diameter is 60 mm and the stator inner diameter is 35 mm. Shaft hole is 6mm. Most customers use it in 4 poles single phase fan motors, ranging from 0.25HP~ 1HP.The slots of stator are 8T and the slots of rotor are 15T. Comparing with CD60315, the rotor shape is so different. Since there are 15 slots of the rotor, it provides bigger torque. Besides, there is opening on each slot, this design makes the torque bigger, too. By using this stator rotor, you can reach low noise, long lifespan and low maintenance.
